The Placement Cell at Aishabai College of Education is dedicated to facilitating job placements and career development opportunities for students. The cell works closely with industry professionals and organizations to ensure that students have access to internships, job placements, and career guidance.
Objectives
- Career Guidance: Provide personalized career counseling and guidance to help students identify their career goals and prepare for job opportunities.
- Job Placement: Collaborate with leading educational institutions and organizations to secure placement opportunities for our graduates.
- Skill Development: Offer workshops, training sessions, and mock interviews to enhance students’ employability and professional skills.
- Industry Connections: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to facilitate job placements and internships.

- Dr. Madhuri Bendale
- Position: Placement Cell Officer
- Responsibilities: Leading placement activities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential employers, organizing placement drives, and providing career counseling to students.
- Ms. Joya Chadhary
- Position: Assistant Placement Officer
- Responsibilities: Assisting in the organization of placement events, managing placement-related documentation, coordinating with companies for recruitment drives, and supporting students in preparing for interviews and job applications.

- Placement Drives: Organizing and managing on-campus placement drives and job fairs to connect students with potential employers.

- Support Services: Offering resources and support to help students enhance their employability skills and career readiness.
